Thanks! I have already lost 50 lbs without low carb and have another 15-20 to go so maybe that's why I am not seeing a big loss like I hear about! I think I set myself up for a big loss based on stories but I am happy with a loss big or small!

I workout at home and I am a huge fan of the beachbody workouts! I love 22 minute Hard Corps and Core de Force. Easy at home workouts that are not terribly time consuming, 22 minutes is nothing! I do not drink the shakes but watch what I eat and eat as clean as possible. I am down 55 lbs in 14 months with Beachbody…

I am starting 30DS tomorrow for the month of September. I can never finish a full 30 days so I am determinged to doit this month!!! My legs always kill me the first 3 days, but keep at it & you'll be a pro in no time! After awhile you're like this is too easy! Good luck!!

I drink 2 cups of coffee with splenda and half & half EVERYDAY!! I brew it at home and its not much for calories. Go for it!!!! :smile:

30 day shred is a great one to start with! Banish fat, boost metab. is a looong one. About an hour! 30DS is only about 27 minutes with warm up & cool down :smile:

I would keep it going for 30 days straight to get the best results! Most people log it under circuit training so I would continue with that!
