Oh gosh, I don't even want to think about the next 4 weeks lol. I know myself, since I started seeing results already I'm going to want to start to slack lol. No more of that this time around! ;)

Yes! I've had the same problem. I sweat a lot as well and I have to wash my hair everyday which isn't good because it will dry out your hair. So I went to a drugstore and bought a few products and conditioners to make sure my hair stays moisturized. It's been helping! :) Good luck!

Lol yeah, I think something is off too. It's a wrist one so it may be an inaccurate reading. I did input all of my stats though.

Tons more attention after weight loss! Kinda ridiculous really lol. But I've also noticed that when the weight comes off I get more confident. So it could be that maybe we attract people due to our new confidence.

I'm doing P90x and 30 day shred together and that gets me exhausted. I can only imagine how tired you will be doing both. If you do decide to do it then make sure you set aside time to rest and get enough sleep.

I didn't have time to make lunch for work today so I had to go out and buy something. I was really craving a yummy lengua burrito with rice, beans, cilantro, and salsa, but I didn't give in to the temptation. I went to subway instead. :)
