  • Please save the newsfeed!!! It’s literally the only reason I use MFP!
  • Hi! I'm looking for Fitbit challenge friends, too! I just sent a few email invites. I'm JuneyJo or june@embodyresults.com. :)
  • Hi! I’m in the market for new friends here and Fitbit, too! My username on Fitbit is JuneyJo!

  • We can’t share email addresses in groups, but we can search by username. I’m JuneyJo. Feel free to add me! 😊
  • Hi everyone! I’m definitely a food addict. I didn’t know that was a thing until 3 years ago when I was talking to my dr about my emotional eating. I was saying that I eat double or triple portion sizes, hide to eat, keep eating after I’m feeling full, snacking while cooking meals... She asked if I’d heard of Food Addicts…
  • I’m a food addict. My doctor diagnosed me and suggested I look into Food Addicts In Recovery and Food Addicts Annonymous. I can’t get to the meetings so I save their info on Pinterest. The #1 thing they recommend is to reduce/eliminate sugar and other simple carbs. Those are the items to which most people are addicted.…
  • I had a hysterectomy and oopherecromy at 39 and skipped peri menopause completely. Weight gain and hot flashes are the only symptoms I’ve noticed. I did HRT for a while, but started forgetting to put it on and I just kind of stopped. My food addiction has gotten much worse, actually, and since I work a desk job at home, my…
  • Hi! I've been doing a plant-heavy keto plan since April and have lost 25lbs so far. Just 75 more to go! :-) I'd love to connect with any of you so we can support each other! Add me or message me any time!
  • It’s still keto. I need a name to my plan or I get off track a bit too easily. 😊 I just eat more vegetables than a traditional keto plan. I try to keep my carbs under 28g/day. If I go over (like 40-ish grams) because of extra veggies, I don’t worry about it. I avoid high-carb/starchy veggies like root vegetable and corn.…
  • I’ve been here for years, but have been more dedicated for the past year and a half. I’m trying to get back into participating in conversations and being more supportive. I’m always down for new friends! :)
  • I have bulletproof coffee some days and I use homemade fat bombs to curb my sweet tooth and add some fat. I do plant-heavy keto, so I’m not having all the meats all the time. That gets to be too much for me. I don’t always hit my fat goal, but like someone else mentioned, it’s a limit. Falling short of it is totally fine.…
  • I’m doing a plant-heavy keto diet so my carbs aren’t as restricted as traditional keto. It’s a lot easier to stick to, I think. Some days I go over my goal, but I don’t fret about it. If you liked your results on keto but are just feeling like it’s a pita, maybe just mix it up a bit. Maybe adjust your macros to include…
  • I’m doing a plant-heavy keto program. My cravings are few and far between. When you reduce carbs, be sure to increase your healthy fats and keep up your protein. That should help with cravings. Also, low carb doesn’t mean *no* carb. Some people get a little too extreme, esp at the beginning. Keeping veggies and some fruits…
  • I love their cold brew! I make my own most of the time, but Starbucks’ is way better. I’m doing keto, so I just get it with no ice and a splash of heavy cream. I don’t add syrup to it, but they have several sugar free options if you like it sweeter.
  • I’m following a plant heavy keto plan and loving it! It’s completely revamped my weight loss journey! I’d love to connect and share tips, tricks, and encouragement!
  • Hi everyone! I check in daily and try to share encouragement and motivation! I log meals in a keto app so my diary isn’t helpful to anyone. If you’re looking for more than a diary buddy, please feel free to add me!
  • I've been around for quite a while and love the support and encouragement. I'm working on my consistency and am always up for new friends! Feel free to add me if you like.
  • Always up for new friends and support! :)
  • A big purse is key! Lol! I sneak in some candy if my kids are with me because they always want some and $5 for a little box of sour patch kids just isn't happening. I do get the popcorn and a diet soda (unless I sneak in a bottle of water). I don't add butter or salt to the popcorn because it's flavored enough. It's not…
  • We never seem to see our own progress. You're doing awesome! Keep up the great work! <3
  • I'm not very active on the message boards, but always game for new friends to keep me accountable.
  • I'm in a very similar boat. We can paddle together. :-)
  • I'm up for new friends as I'm just getting back on track as well. Add me if you like. :-)
  • Hi! I'm a 40yo mom of 3 (21, 12 & 9) in Utah. I need to lose 100lbs, too! I was doing well until I hit a road block almost 2 years ago and then had a hysterectomy (w/ovaries) last year. Before all that, I was hoping to lose 60lbs. Instead, I gained 40. :-( I KNOW I can do this...its just been REALLY hard getting back on…
  • I've tried Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs, Focus T25 and PiYo. They're all great. If I *had* to pick one, I'd probably go with Hip Hop Abs because it's just so much fun. Shaun T makes me laugh in that one more than in T25. T25 is just 25 minutes so that makes it easy to stick to. PiYo is low-impact, but high intensity which made…
  • I've been off and on for a few years. Trying to make it a real, live, daily habit to log and post. If you can put up with someone battling flakiness, feel free to add me! :-)
  • You're absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful that Tim brought you to Utah so we get to be friends in real life! Keep being your-awesome-self and motivating us to work a little harder than we did yesterday! :-)
  • I need to lose 50+lbs to get into a healthy range. (By the height/weight charts, I'd need to lose about 75lbs, but let's not get crazy.) I'm hoping to do it by the end of the year as I need to be fitted for a bridesmaid dress for an April wedding. I know I can do it IF I stick to clean eating, limited indulgences, good…
  • I'd highly recommend it! I was totally out of shape when I started. Every workout has a modified version so if you're not ready for the fully high-impact version, Tanya will be right there to help you. I felt awesome after! I didn't follow a clean eating program, so I didn't shed crazy pounds and inches like some people do…
