Member if you ever go on a 1200 calorie diet you have to make sure you get enough NUTRIENTS AND PROTEIN.

I just do it i just have to do it. Its necessary i drink some at all my meals a lot and than just throughout the day i get to my water goal than after that if i still want to drink more i doo... lol

Umm i don't believe its only about the calories. Because some people cant lose weight when they eat to much carbs or their eating to much fat or whatever it is they just stay the same i guess its possible but it Wont last.

Well i rarley cook my veggies ever... i etheir eat them raw. or juice them but iv never been on just raw veggies... liike thats all i ate because you need your protein ect...

First of all just because your eating less that does not necessarily mean it will cause a platue.
