Wiggle room.
How much wiggle room do you give yourself i always add on 5lbs to my goal weight i just think its a must because weight fluctuates how much do you give yourself. But i have been wondering should i also go below my goal weight instead of add 5 go below and go 5lbs down from what your goal is.

Why would anyone eat their calories back i never have, Than you have to go through the work of wearing a heart moniter ever single time you exercise, Isnt that the point of exercising is to burn calories if your severely overweight your body will go and use your fat stores So why eat the dang calories back hmm!??!

Can someone lose weight in the long term, Never counting calories at all for me i would be lost without counting i would have no clue on how much to eat does anyone on here not count calories?????
