No pill in the world will make you lose weight.

I take Vitafusion Gummy women's vitamins - just for a supplement. They don't really help you lose weight.

If you are curious as to what you're lacking, have your doctor send a blood sample in for testing. Always try to get your nutrients from a natural source as much as you can.

I don't take vitamins to "lose weight". I take them to remain healthy and to supplement those nutrients that I am lacking. I get my blood tested every year and adjust accordingly. While I know that I can get nutrients from my food it is very difficult to get every thing from the foods you eat.

There are no weight loss magic pills. in fact, I would not bother with supplements if you are eating a balanced and healthy diet. Of course if your blood work is off, or something is wrong, by all means, take them.

One of the biggest benefits to using the MFP food log is that I can go back and track my nutrients. I always check the vitamin and mineral information to make sure I hit at or close to 100%. I don't take any supplements except calcium, as recommended by my physician since I have osteopenia. I track Vitamin A and C, iron, potassium, and calcium. I also try to eat as many different foods as I can during the course of the week, just to make sure I'm covering all my micronutrient bases.

I agree with others that most supplements are a waste of money unless medically indicated. Eating healthy food should do it.
