How much wiggle room do you give yourself i always add on 5lbs to my goal weight i just think its a must because weight fluctuates how much do you give yourself. But i have been wondering should i also go below my goal weight instead of add 5 go below and go 5lbs down from what your goal is.

Why would you add 5 to your goal
    Weight?

My understanding is you should go under by a few because when you eat maintenance calories you most likely gain water weight.

I don't give myself wiggle room. My goal weight is my goal so I'm going to make sure I get there! :)

A 10lb range is quite high, you more want to have a 5lbs window than 5lbs either way. So allow yourself 2-3lbs either side of your goal.

She's not saying she's gonna get to 5lbs above her goal weight then stop - she's saying to allow herself 5lbs above or below once she reaches her goal weight, because weight fluctuates. Even if you perfectly ate exactly how many calories you burnt each day, weight will still fluctuate.
