Calories count, Yes

Calories is the food we eat its actual food we take in, But do hormones play apart In way we gain weight and or get overweight, Like eating bad carbs or a candy bar that will spike your insulin like no other and turn right into sugar Into the blood sugar, Thats why people eat fruits and Whole wheat, Because it does not do that, So if carbs and fats and sugars dont count, Why do people, count them why do people become obsessed over them I don't get it, Bottom line its calories in vs Calories out, right?
