So i guess i will try This know since all of the cool kids are doing it these days lol!!
i need to know everything about this, can this work into a lifestyle change?

1 what is bmr and Tdee, Do i eat my bmr or tdee im so confused on this whole thing

To answer the last question first:yes, it is the most reliable way to determine your intake, followed by some experimentation.
BMR: the number of calories required to perform basic metabolic functions to sustain healthy life (the low number)
TDEE: BMR + activity. The number of calories you use up every day (the higher number)
Eat somewhere in between them. Where your point is can be determined by hunger, feelings of wellness, the scale.
Besides MFP, there are dozens of websites that will calculate your numbers. They are based on current weight, height, age, activity level. :0 -
