So recently iv been studying weight-loss a lot more in the past I always that i had to be at a small defiant like 1000 1200 la de da as im studying more i come to find that It doesnt have to be a small defiant as long as your in a defiant Thats what your tdee is for to see how much Your supposed to eat and it gives you an idea how much to eat to maintain that weight!!! Id rather not be hungry all day and id rather enjoy life like I dont wanna eat so little were im hungry all the dang time when i can eat more and still be in a defiant and lose weight, When you first started losing weight what did you have to learn the hard way , and what worked for you??
