Lets debate:)

1.Okay lets start out with the good ol starvation mode oh be scared lol, Okay , I really don't know if its true or not true what i beilve is that It only occurs Once your at a really low body weight to begin with, Not if your huge, I just don't see how that can be possible, why is it okay for people who get weight-loss surgery to eat really low calorie like 600-900 and they don't go into starvation mode but if you do it without surgery you mystically go into it Like doesn't the surgery prove right Their that it does not exists, weight-loss takes a long time, So, why think your in starvation mode, when maybe your just a slow loser,

2. Okay lets start talking about carbs, Do you think carbs make you fat yes it sure does spike your insulin my opinion on this that it wouldn't hurt to zigzag them up, And one day eat below 100 carbs and next day eat above that, below 100 carbs or 100 carbs is freaking really low!!

3, What do you think is the best TDEE BMR caculator out their they cant all be right , ha right I use scooby workshop and only will i ever use that any scooby workshop i will use They are awesome and give you really good numbers, What do you all use? And do you even use your tdee, Or do u just pick a random number like i used to do eh didint turn out so well haha,

4, Is it really calories in vs calories out can you eat donuts all day and still Literally lose fat not weight fat, is that possible Idk, but im coming more n more to beilve that it really is about calories in vs calories out , And do you all eat healthy i eat about 20 -30 of my daily calories whatever i want that may seem like a lot to you but hey this is a lifestyle change and if it is really about the calories in vs calories out why not!!

Please answer all these questions and i really wanna know all of your guyses opions thank you:)

    1. Starvation mode is not a concrete thing, and really only exists in people with long-term, chronically-low intake. Your body adapts very well to what you give it, especially routines, so if you cut your calories and don't change anything else in your lifestyle, your body will adapt to that at some point, and your weight loss will slow. Are you in "starvation mode"? No. That's simply a physiological adaptation to maximize input and output, and your body is VERY efficient at doing it. But you won't go into some crazy mode of starvation-induced weight gain simply from eating lower amounts of calories for a little while. It's a chronic process that not only involves low calories, but lack of change (like exercise or other variations forcing the body to adapt to something different).

    2. Carbs are carbs. Your body needs them in certain amounts to function, because glucose is ESSENTIAL to functions in your body. Your brain is the biggest indicator of glucose problems, because it is the most sensitive to changes. Every wonder why people with diabetes are such high-risk individuals? Because blood sugar (and sugar is a simple carbohydrate) is important to maintain for mental and physiological functioning. Do we need a ton of sugar? No. It's hard on the pancreas to deal with sugar spikes. Do we need to cut it all out? No. Carbohydrates are not evil; they simply are. It's a balance that's the key, which is the same as any other macronutrient.

    3. TDEE.. Meh. I don't use them. I go by what my body demands. I eat when I'm hungry, I eat sensibly and balanced, and it all works out. Nothing is ever going to be 100% accurate in terms of your everyday expenditure, because each day differs. Your body spends most of your caloric intake just maintaining your temperature and core functions, and that changes with the weather, sickness, and any other outside factor.

4, It is really calories in and calories out. Literally. You can eat donuts all day long, and as long as you're burning more than you put in, you will lose weight (and yes, fat). The quality of the calories, though, won't give your body the most efficient base to work from, so although you will lose weight, you still have to be aware of your nutritional needs (like fiber, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other diet necessities that aren't available in things like donuts), because weight loss doesn't necessarily mean your body is functioning at a better level. It still needs all those other things to function properly.
  • I did think of that but i do everyday like a man lol so wouldnt change it.

Lay off the caffeine, use some punctuation, don't ask so many questions on a Monday.

OK, I'm only going to answer the last question. I believe it's calories in vs calories out. I lost over 30 pounds before eating mostly junk, just less of it. Was I healthier? Hell no. But I lost weight.
