So it's just a chicken in an egg? So you're just eating egg and chicken together. No problems if you ask me.

Carbs, Fat, Protein - I don't bother with other stuff.

Battlefield 3 player here. On PC. I'm in a top UK clan for Hardcore, and specialise in support and piloting. :) Can't get enough of it.

On me, thighs and upper arms. On her, abs and glutes.

Iceman's got it. Sounds like you're stressing the joint during training.

Not at all. I am on here how I am in real life. No point being anything else.

For reference, it wasn't that people were rude. They didn't agree with her opinion, so they gave their own. They did nothing wrong, but she didn't like that people then offer her some advice instead against her own ironic thread. That was all. Shame she took it that way. Have a look here:…

Depends how much more protein you need. Add a shake pre-workout for starters. Or you could have one just before bed (works better with Casein-based protein).
-
You'll feel it. Trust me.

The benefit of IF only occurs if you fast, rather than just calorie-restricting. You need to eat your calories for the day at one point, then fast until the same point the next day for the 5:2 diet.

Dumbbells. Most versatile piece of gym equipment you can use. There are literally hundreds of moves you can do, and not just with your arms. Legwork can be done too, core work, everything.

It's not good OR bad. It just is. If you want to break fast in the morning, eat. If you don't, don't. End of the day, just eat your calories for your day and don't worry about WHEN. Keeping thermogenesis constantly working with lots of meals is no different to having one big feed and having your thermogenesis kick in then.…

Surrey here. /waves to everyone. New friends welcome. :)

Depends what you're ingesting before training. If you're training in the PM, then the fact you're eating during the day is probably giving you the energy. Personally, I take a pre and post workout shake when I train, so it doesn't affect what time I train, I still work the same level.

Diamond Press-Ups. On a more non-training note, street dancing (yes, I am one). :)

Firstly, starvation mode doesn't exist. It's just a reaction called Adaptive Thermogenesis. Figure out your TDEE and then take away 30%. Much better than the rubbish numbers MFP throws out. Secondly, weight loss isn't a set scale. You won't lose a set number per week I'm afraid, and there will be more than one stall along…

Or, and I know this will cause ripples here... Get the idea of "clean" and "dirty" food out of your head. There's a huge amount of polarization when it comes to this idea of clean food. I can only suggest you read the following: http://body-improvements.com/resources/eat/#cleandirty In fact, if you have time, start from…

I don't see a problem with it. People seem to have forgotten what the word "Platonic" means these days.

Sirloin steak. Eggs. Cheese (Whey, particularly. Which is easier if you buy Whey protein powder. This is essentially what you're taking in). Beans (the larger, the better: eg. soybeans, lupin, etc). Seeds (pumpkin and watermelon are good) Chicken Fish (I can't stand fish, but it's high in protein). Marmite (again, I don't…

OK, I'm not normally one to be so obtuse, but... Holy crap! That's astonishing! You look amazing!

Surrey guy here. Always happy to see new people around. Anyone else too, please feel free to add me. I promise I won't bite (MrsAFR should hopefully attest) :)

I'll have to try it for a few weeks. I'm taking 2 at lunch, but the doses are 2 gels, 1-3 times a day. I'll see how it goes.

MDWilliams, does taking CLA at every meal help? It just seems like a lot of caps to swallow. I know CLA works in general, but I'm wondering if there's a wall to the amount of CLA that helps.

Morning: Multi-Vitamin Fish Oils Vitamin D3 Lunch: Green Tea Extract Dinner: CLA Training: (Pre) Impact Whey + L Tyrosine (Post) Impact Whey + BCAA + Creatine Before Bed: Total Milk and Whey (Casein-based)

258g per day, although i something hit slightly lower. Never lower than 225g though.

Green Tea Extract is fine for me, I think. Unless White Tea Extract becomes mainstream, at which point I'll switch. :)

Personally I wouldn't have a problem dating someone who has kids already. If that person means that much to you, then you'll take them and anything with them, under your wing.
