I've gone from 2,050 calories up to 3,100-3,300 (varies on day to day basis, depending on rest, training or dance day). Losing around 2-3lbs per week at the moment.

I dropped 3 jean sizes, went from a XXL t-shirt to L, my shoulders exploded along with my pecs and arms, hehe. I doubled my bench up to about 80kg and my leg press is over double my weight now. That was in the 12 week trainer. It's a strict system though, includes nutrition, supplementation and training. After that I…

You mean it's more dense. ;)

Look up Kris Gethin. He has created a system called DTP that does this. He uses this for himself and his clients, and he is a competitive natural bodybuilder. I did his 12 week system, followed by his rotating 4 week trainer and it works fine for me.

High reps and heavy weights for me. Most of the plans I train with are based on DTP, which is a proven system and is being used by bodybuilders more and more now. I mean, why stick with convention, right? ;)

No, mine was more a nauseous feeling from the sheer fatigue once I stopped doing the sets. As I said, a quick shake later and I'm all good. Good call though from experience!
-
No it's not. I get this every time I do a legs session, as I hit it so hard. Generally, after I take my post-workout shake, I'm fine about 10 minutes later, as I put Dextrose in the shake to resupply glycogen levels. It's normal, you're not alone, and it's more to do with the fact you're pushing your body hard than…

Well, on that calorie limit I can't personally comment, but own system is to have a protein milkshake made from Casein protein, literally less than an hour before I go to bed. It's a slow-digesting protein, so it's good for you and tastes of whatever flavour you like to order. Just mix with milk and have a nice milkshake…

Personally I use Grenade Thermo Detonator as a supplement. Definitely works for me. However, I do train 5 times a week, so I think this is relative to how active you are. If you're just dieting to lose weight, no I don't think you'll benefit. However, if you want your metabolism high during training and the like, then I…

I don't see a problem here. If you feel better wearing it, good. If you prefer not to, also good. Just do what you want and what makes you feel good. :)

Well I can only offer my own experience on the matter, as I'm no professional or psychologist on the matter. I'm 31, and have had a total of 4 (count 'em!) relationships. The last three all ended amicably, and were down to differences that became apparent over time. None of them lasted less than a year, and none of them…

I don't see why not. The body will use water however it arrives. Personally I don't count it though.

For me, it's when she comes over and just straddles me. Doesn't have to be sexual nature, but just looking up at her does it. For her, it's when I just pick her up and walk off with her somewhere. I think she harbours a submissive fetish, if you ask me. Oh, and her neck, but if you even touch her there, you better have…

I allocate part of my intake to "Before Bed". Over time, I've changed it to be a Casein-based protein intake to supplement my weight training. It's slow-release, and so keeps me satiated overnight. It's just casein protein mixed in some milk, but it works. The only thing to watch out for is if you do eat before bed, your…

Yes, the weight will drop as you begin to put on more muscle mass. The more muscle your body has, the more your body uses energy just to maintain. Adding training to that will see a drop.
-
Sounds like you're going through a body recomp rather than a weight loss. That's no bad thing, just means the body is dropping fat and replacing it with muscle to counter the new training you're undertaking. I have the same thing with my training.
-
If you're a lifter, you'd do well to look up DTP online. A gentleman by the name of Kris Gethin is the designer, and his DTP is exactly the kind of recomp you're after. It's pretty strict though. I've done it for the last 3 months, and am on a second cycle right now.

It's a self-fulfilling prophecy!

20 minutes walking up and down your stairs should do it.

For what it's worth, I've danced alongside Desmier. She might be a good dancer (she's great, infact!), she might be a qualified trainer, but when it comes to practice what you preach, she's not all there. The things I've seen her eating when on tour. And her "warm ups" are... weird. :)

Water Coffee (black) Green Tea

I have none. There IS no excuse. Keep it in your head: "No Excuses!" Just get it done! :)
-
Water x 300ml Protein Powder x 2 Vitargo x 1 If you're taking them in the first 10-15mins after training, you want to keep your body looking at the right stuff it needs for that period. :)
-
You guys need to find better protein powders if they're tasting so bad you need to add all that. :) Personally I've never had a problem with MyProtein Impact Whey or True Whey. I swear by their Chocolate Orange flavour. :)

It's wrong, plain and simple. You burn a lot more. The only problem is because of how weight training with the on-off-on-off of sets and rest periods, it's hard to put a total on it. That's why most people who train weights don't necessarily eat back or log the calories. I simply have a calorie goal for the day, and I know…

Body changes occur quickest in the kitchen. Weight lifting is about shaping, toning and strength. However if you have the wrong diet, you'll miss out on the major changes.

I don't see how the argument that the dentist would have an affair with her could stand, considering she basically said he's ugly/creepy! As they say, it takes two to Tango, and Nelson didn't fancy the music that was playing! If there's a problem with work clothing, then just say something to her. However, the dentist…
