    I would love to have the tone and physique of Jessica Alba.

    yes she has a beautiful bod. interestingly enough, i just recently read an interview with her in a womens magazine. when she was asked how she keeps her body in such amazing shape, she responded by saying she has meals delivered equaling 1200 cals daily and also works out. she said, "so i'm basically starving. it sucks."

    anyhow, it seems she and many other 'celebs' are seemingly proving wrong the starvation mode theory as is used most often on these forums.
