You can use any gym, but you must upgrade to the £24.99 per month package. However, for those in/near London, you pay that already, so you effectively have it already. 2,500iu every day here, regardless of whether I'm in the sun or not. I just take it in a supplement. They're tiny (smaller than half a 5 pence piece) and gel-encased. Easy to take.

It genuinely amazes me how many people on here are single. Not those by choice, I mean, but just by situation. I mean, so many people I've met here have amazing characters and look gorgeous even before they started their new lifestyle. Makes me wish I was US-based sometimes, hehe. :)

Rubbish. Going over on protein is fine. Just make sure you drink a lot and you'll be fine. Going over 30% is fine also. I regularly go over my threshold, and I'm on 40% of my caloric intake just with protein! If it were the case, you'd be seeing more serious muscle/body-builders keeling over dead in weeks!

Fidget. I do it all day long. I am constantly tapping my foot by lifting the heel up and down repeatedly very fast (essentially makes the whole leg move, engages the calf muscle) That or I twist a pen between my fingers. You'd be surprised how small, quick movements can very quickly add up.

And for those who don't like the name Burpee, the exercise is also known as a Squat Thrust, which I prefer to use. Burpee sounds too childish. The term Burpee comes from the inventor of the exercise, American physiologist Royal H. Burpee, who developed the "Burpee test".

I just take whey protein with L Tyrosine and BCAAs. Of course, not everyone will be into supplements here, but it's an option.

People here confuse Starvation Mode with Adaptive Thermogenesis. Unfortunately it seems no matter how often it's repeated, people just don't want to accept that they are NOT in starvation mode.

I take L Carnitine every day. Whilst the weight loss side might still be up in the air, there are other benefits to it already mentioned.

No, the above isn't true. Your body can process about a litre an hour, so you won't have trouble even if your urine is clear. Just moderate the speed of intake, that's all.

I drink about 3 litres a day, not including training drinking. That's over double this challenge, and I take it in my stride, so it shouldn't be too hard for people to drink 1.8l (64 fluid ounces).

I use the Katch-McArdle formula for my BMR. Needs a pretty accurate reading of bodyfat though (I used the 8-point method for that). If you are going to train fasted and don't want to lose muscle, I would suggest investing in some BCAA supplements, otherwise you'll end up consuming muscle when training. I won't comment on the other stuff like the diabetes things because that's not something I'd know about.

Personally, if I use oil, it's Coconut Oil. If no oil, then I use a ceramic pan. :)
