Well... I am new and am in need of losing tons of weight so a challenge couldn't hurt anything. I will start very small and work my way up for next month. I will however push myself to see how much I can actually do in a month which will be interesting. Let's start with 35 and see how that goes. Thanks for the challenge!

I hid my Halloween candy behind my swimsuit. LOL That's a motivator. Thank you for sharing this story. I am on a mission to be healthier for my daughter and myself. It would be nice to be skinnier but I would first like to be healthier.

I am new to the MFP group and have a question but don't know where to ask it. Hopefully someone here can answer for me. I made dinner and it was a premade (by me) mexican chicken casserole and I don't know how to log it in on my "dinner". I don't remember every ingredient that was put in it as I made it several months ago…
