These are some good points of advice. I must say I've never actually tried just slowly eating something when having the urge to grab something to eat, like a cookie. I just tend to grab and eat. It's at least something I could try. I know will power is my weakness when it comes to good food.

When I've selected an exercise the other day, for some reason no calories burned came up. When I input the weight, sets and reps it shows nothing for some reason.

Okay that makes some sense. Typically I do about 3 sets of 12 or 15 with about a 30 second break in between sets. Thank-you

I think if you got down to a weight that you feel is comfortable for you than that is great. So it's 7 lbs heavier than what you wanted it to be, but if you're scared of being too skinny at 110 lbs, than don't go for 110 lbs. Do your best to maintain the weight you're at. Well I was born at 10lbs, and during my childhood never recall being thin. I've always struggled with being over weight. Still to this day I struggle. I have no idea what it's like to be thin.

Honestly I don't think that's bad. I've wait more then that myself. I used a software program one time before and it allowed more calories a day then this site does. That's my thoughts though.
