Yes, eat more calories... healthy calories. frequent small snacks. your body may be hoarding because its going tinto starvation. also up your water intake and vary your exercise. It helped me break my plateau.

I gradiuated from my ASN program just over 2 years ago. I am now in my BSN program and next is NP then DNP!!! My study clutch has always been salsa con queso and mtn dew.
