Stuck - Help!

Hi, I have been on myfitnesspal since the middle of June. My goal is to lose 10 pounds. I have lost 6 lbs. I have been stuck on 6 lbs for the past month. I am always under my calorie intake and excerise everyday. Any suggestions to get over the 6 lb hump.

Try eating more calories. I know it sounds weird but I have lost over 100lbs...prior to joining MFP...and whenever I got stuck, that is what worked for me. Try it for a day or two and I bet the scale will move!0

Yes, eat more calories... healthy calories. frequent small snacks. your body may be hoarding because its going tinto starvation. also up your water intake and vary your exercise. It helped me break my plateau.0
