  • Olive oil is best, but use sparingly. Two tablespoons has more fat than a big Mac. And coconut oil is the new thing but no research shows its any more healthy than olive or canola. Happy cooking!   • What do you eat that is so low in fat? I eat salads and smoothies like every other vegan, but I'm allergic to nuts so I don't eat those anyway. I'm REALLY struggling getting a low-fat, vegan diet. Suggestions?
  • These days are so tough. I usually give in and eat too much but you can fight it!! Eat lots of protein in your diet. I love kashi go lean crunch with vanilla soy milk.   • Nike frees: they're perfect for Insanity cuz they're so lightweight comfy and give a ton of support. Your feet don't rock to the side cuz of the sole of the shoe so it's really hard to worry about turning an ankle with all the fast moves! P.s. anyone add me I need friends! :)
