I only drink water besides the occasional coffee which I do track.

How? I measure everything I eat and I run for 40-60 minutes everyday. Even if I was eating close to 1500 calories how would I be gaining weight?

Last year I was down to 105 lbs due to not eating enough and over working. Do you think could be a reason for the weight gain?

Thanks for understanding! I don't have a problem with controlling how much I eat at all, it's just difficult to get proper nutrition when the cafeteria offers so little gluten free options :/ I will definitely try to get more freh groceries though.

Yes I go to school in the u.s. Haha once I tried to sneak an apple out and got yelled at.

You're not allowed to take food out of the cafeteria :(. They serve apples, carrots, and mushrooms for produce. Kind of scarce

I dont have a car and the closest store is 30 minutes away. I know I shouldn't make excuses but I am trying. Next time if I have a choice between nuts or nothing I will choose nothing.

I don't eat a LOT of nuts by choice, I try to eat what I can find that is gluten free so I can get around 1200 cals in for the day.

The nut butter and peanuts I have and eat in my dorm room so I can measure it out there.

No I only drink water. Also I live in a dorm so it's difficult to have fresh food on hand.

Oh my gosh gluten free has worked so well for me! I defiantly recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight! Before I started using myfitnesspal I had lost over 20 pounds and eating gluten free played a huge part in that! If you every feel like you're really craving wheat or bread, I recommend spelt bread.
