Our weight varies daily due to different factors (water retention being one of them). I weigh myself once a week, sometimes two, but no more than that. In the past 30 days, I have only seen losses. Maybe cutting back on how many times you weigh yourself would be less discouraging?

I'm fairly new here, but I must say that number seems quite low. Is your activity level set to sedentary? Did you include how many times/how long you plan on exercising in a week?

Same thing for me! I thought it was so weird at the time, but now I get it. I hope to get back to my usual 8 instead of 9, which makes it harder to find shoes.

I always have bottles of the Special K shakes in my fridge. I don't take them often, but they come in handy once in a while when I'm running late. I try never to skip breakfast because it causes me to overindulge later in the day. But if you don't overindulge when skipping breakfast, then I wouldn't worry about it :)

I started yesterday too, it was challenging! Speed Squats: 22 High Knees: 65 Push Ups: 3 Squat Jumps: 12 Tricep Dips: 15 Burpees: 4 Alternating Lunges: 12 Elbow Plank: 22 seconds I'll send you a friend request, we could encourage each other :)

Late in the evening, like 9 or 10 pm. That's when life gives me time to go. I prefer it anyway, because it's more private. I don't like having a bunch of people around me when I run!

I don't think it matters in the end. Do whatever leaves you satisfied. I noticed that I do a lot better when I eat 4-5 smaller meals, with my dinner being the largest.

I drink it. I try to limit myself to one a day, but I don't freak out when I drink more. I try to choose water over soda, but to be honest, I love the taste of soda and I don't want to give it up completely. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I thought you'd like to know that others are in the same boat. :)
