Welcome! I'm also from the Seattle area and I totally understand having kids and gaining weight! It's hard to eat healthy when everyone around you is eating whatever they want. The food diary is really helping me keep track of calories and to decide which foods I can fit in each day without going overboard! Good luck!

Wow!! I'm feeling behind the curve here! lol, I can only do 10 pushups at a time so I've started doing them at different times of the day!! I got in 30 pushups today total, 50 squats and 50 crunches...but my shoulders are killing me! Thanks for the comment Joanna! :happy: Meez are fun!

Sorry I haven't posted in a few days! We had a big winter storm here this weekend, crazy weather!! Does anyone have any suggestions for a new challenge??? We've done crunches and squats so far...maybe pushups or lunges?? I hope everyone had a good week, I lost another pound, YAY!!!

Are you still enjoying this site?? I love using the food diary to keep me in line on how many calories/carbs/fats/proteins I'm taking in, plus it updates your calorie intake based on your exercise!! :) Since I started this site I've lost 5 pounds, not bad for a little under a month! Good luck!

Last weeks challenge was 50 crunches, and this weeks challenge is 50 squats...so it's up to you if you want to continue the first weeks challenge and add on or replace it with squats...my goal is to build upon each challenge to create more of a habit so I can stay in shape!!!
