I love grape nuts. I eat then hot with brown sugar and milk. I know the sugar kinda defeats the heathy part but i don't add that much.

I love plays and musicals. I've seen the Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, Wicked in London, the Lion King and Mama Mia is Australia, and seen Cats, Kiss Me Kate, and Beauty and the Beast at my local playhouse. I also love Les Mis and I can't wait for the new movie to come out in November!

Yes I am very short, I'm 4'11". I have my setting for .5 lbs and that's a deficit of 250 right? so I should be eating 1450 cal?

I used to use wii fit all the time last year but now I've stopped. I think my weight on it is inaccurate because it said my BMI is 18.27 but I think it's lower than that.

When I said that I eat a lot, I meant before I started using MFP. I'm pretty sure that before I was eating more than 1,300 calories. I do have a habit of eating when I'm bored but now I've been more aware of my calories, I stopped doing that. Thanks for the feedback anyway though :)

Drinks such as lemonade, bottled iced teas, and coffee. I just drink green tea at home and water at restaurants. I would cut other things out like chips but I don't have control over the groceries so if it's in the house, I end up eating a small amount of it.

I go over them too. I think it's from the fruits. Maybe try snacking on things like nuts and eating more meat??

There is this restaurant in the Magic Kingdom called the Liberty Tree Tavern in Liberty Square and it has an amazing salad on the menu with apples, roasted walnuts, and a ton of other healthy stuff. I love getting it and they give you such a big serving that it keeps you feeling full.
