Completing your food diary
Do you have to complete your food diary every day? I like how it says the estimated weight you'll be in 5 weeks if you keep on eating the same amount of calories but does completing it have a purpose other than that? I usually don't complete it even though I log in every day.

6 weeks in and haven't seen results!!
I've been doing this for 6 weeks and I haven't seen results yet! I weight and measure once a week. Sometimes I will lose half a pound 1 week but then gain it back the next so I am at the same weight as when I started. I measure my waist and have not seen the numbers go down at all. Stomach hurting during exercise
Hi. Sometimes my stomach will start to hurt when I'm exercising and I don't know why. It's not cramps or hunger and I drink a lot of water. It usually goes away after I stop exercising.
