I don't get what water weight is. How do you get rid of it? Will drinking more water make you have more water weight or less?

I naturally retain fluid when it's that time of the month and then I lose it again without noticing within a few days. If it weren't for the scale I wouldn't even notice that I retain fluid.0

Your body is made up of basically water, which is why it needs all it can get. When you dont drink enough or exercise, your body holds onto extra water which becomes extra weight. There are many ways to get rid of water and its up to what works for you, drinking more than 8 cups of water a day can help, pills, teas and others. Having too much sodium, approaching that "time" of the month, certain foods and being on medication can give you fluid retention.
Drinking more water will aid weight loss, most definately.0
