I've been doing this for 3 1/2 weeks and so far I've only lost 0.2 lbs. The first week I lost half a pound but then the next week, I had my cycle and I gained a pound. The week after that I lost another half pound only to gain it back this week when I'm ovulating. How am I supposed to make any progress!! I have my setting to lose 0.5 lbs a week but it's not working because I keep gaining it back again when that time of the month comes
Any advice?

I've been logging for about 4 months. And I've discovered that before and during my cycle I always gain at least 1 pound but it always goes back down after the cycle. This has happened every month. So I think bloating (weight gain) is expected during this time.0

I gain a few kilos when it's that time of the month also but it's only fluid and it goes away in a few days. Give your body time to adjust. I've bought some dandelion root tea which is supposed to help with fluid retention - haven't tried it yet though.0
