Coffee question
Coffee makes me feel really full. Does that happen with you? Nothing else I drink (besides soda or something carbonated) makes me feel full. I drink it with 1/3 of the cup filled with coffee, 2/3 filled milk and 2 tsp sugar. It's mostly milk but even when I drink milk by itself I don't get full.

Bloating
For some reason for the past few days I feel kinda bloated. I think its because I eat so many carbs from pasta, rice, and foods other than fruits or veggies. I usually don't bloat. My diary is open so you can look. Any thoughts?

Cheating?
Are there things you do to cheat? I log in every single thing I ate or drank but will tweak the serving sizes sometimes in order to keep under my calories. If I had 2 servings of pasta at dinner but it went over my cal, I will put in 1 1/2 servings or something. I know that's bad but hey, we're human, we're not perfect.

Do you eat dessert? I'm kinda afraid to but my sister has a birthday coming up so I think I will eat some cake. Do you have any healthy desserts that you eat? I like to bake but I don't know what desserts are healthy.

What day do you log your food if you eat past midnight? I have insomnia so I haven't been sleeping until 4 or 5 am so I usually have a snack around 12 or 1am. Should I log it for today or the next day?

Hi guys. How big is your family? I have a pretty big family. I have 4 sisters, 3 brothers, a sister in law, 2 nephews, and we all live in the same town. Of course I have cousins, aunts, and such but I don't really know them or keep in touch.

Sugar in milk
Is the sugar in milk bad for you? I always thought it was bad but then I was reading a health and fitness book today and it said it was natural sugar like with fruit. I drink 1 or 2% milk and it has 12 grams of sugar in a cup. Please answer, thanks.

How many calories do you eat per meal? For breakfast I usually eat 300, lunch is usually 300 too, dinner varies from 300-600, and snacks is usually 400-500 but can go as high as 700.
