Losing body fat without losing a lot of weight?

Is it possible to lose body fat without losing a lot of weight? I have stomach and thigh fat I want to get rid of but I'm fine with my weight. I used to be so underweight when I was younger and had to drink a special drink to make sure I had enough protein and such. Now I'm a healthy weight but almost underweight again, my BMI is 18.5 I think. I exercise a lot and you can kinda see my abs when I'm standing but when I sit down my fat bulges like a muffin top. Any advice please?
