go to any of the recipe sites and type in what you're looking for. There are literally thousands of low fat, low carb, low calorie, hi protein, etc. etc. etc. recipes online for free. Eating Well is online, I believe; I think I got a recipe off there last week.....0

For lunch I'll do salads, left overs from previous dinner, or maybe something store bought but I keep it around 400 calories or less everyday most days closer to 250 calories.
I'd incorporate a lot of fruits into lunches and more veggies into dinner. Remember, if you want to have more pasta or something that's not that great for you, bulk it up with a veggie like brocolli. Brocolli takes up a lot of room so your mind and body think you are eating a lot but you are actually being healthy.
I do more lean meats for dinner. Typical medium piece of chicken with veggies will only be about 250 calories. Add 1/2 cup of rice or potatoes and you'll be at 350 calories. Add sauces, marinades, fatty meals...then your calories go up. Most healthy foods are low in calories though.0
