Why am I feeling nauseous?

For the past 2 days I started doing some stretching and conditioning for around 20 mins. Afterwards though I feel really nauseous and I immediately drink water and eat a little bit of protein to try to make it stop. I'm not doing anything very strenuous!! I'm literally just sitting on my floor doing crunches and stretching my back. Please help!
