Roo desert is fitting. I nearly totalled my car a few weeks ago when one bounded straight accross the road. England is referred to as Pommyland here.

Just like an American trying to say Melbourne. Its 'Mel-bon' not 'Mel-born'

Size is always important when we're talking about cookies or cheesecake. I'm Aussie so I struggle to be coherant at the best of times
-
Ohhh talk to me with a Scottish accent Yep in for cheesecake and apple pie.

I'm 169cm, 63kg and pear shaped. My upper body is considerably smaller than my bottom half. I honestly don't think you look too thin, do what you feel is right.
-

The new Cookies & cream is awesome, and I'm not a cookies & cream fan. PB Supreme, Choc PB & Choc Brownie are awesome too, Cookie dough & double choc chunk have fould fake chocolate pieces, so gross. What would you recommend for someone trying to gain muscle mass and lose fat?
-
Good work! I'm focusing on gaining muscle/losing fat at the moment. I've always had a goal weight in my head but I have to near starve myself to get there and then I can't maintain it. So I'm learning to accect that a few kilo's heavier than my goal is OK. anyway I've been training hard, eating well and not seeing any…

Avocado and chilli sauce.

I was doing 5x a week but I've now moved my cardio to lunchtimes. I can go harder when I've eaten, i would struggle just to walk on an incline when doing fasting cardio. Just not for me :)
-
Honestly, no one is going to care but you :)
-
Look up Tabata workouts, they have little to no equipment ;)

My lunches mainly consist of chicken breast, green veg and sweet potato/quinoa/brown rice. This is a cheap meal. Chicken Breast is around $9 /kg on sale. A few bucks for carbs & vegies. I get a good 6-8 lunches for less than $15.

OK so what is Ranch Dressing? Excuse my ignorance, I'm Australian.

yes I think age is a factor, just means you need to be more aware and diligent. I'm 36 and in the best shape of my life, however I train 6 days a week and monitor my nutrition closely.

Agree. My MIL had her gall bladder removed and was told to stick to a lower fat diet.

Do you have a HRM? If so what does your HR get up to? can you explain what you meant by 'Getting sick seriously happens to my everytime I start working out again'? As in you get a cold, or you vomit? How often do you exercise, and what do you do? What do you do for work?
