I have no boobs. My waist is like 2 sizes smaller than my quads My wedding rings are super loose My clothes are too big, even the jeans i bought a couple of months ago I'm having issues with my back, hips, knee's due to the amount of training I do Hahah this too. Its embarrassing but empowering.

I love Quest bars. I can't stand any 'fake sugar' but really do love these. The consistency is like spacefood sticks. Avoid the choc chip cookie dough and choc chunk if you don't like fake sugar, I find these have a bad aftertaste. The Chock Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Supreme & Cookies & Cream are my fav.

It sounds to me like you're describing a clean and press. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadlift

Nothing wrong with doing split sessions. If it works for you then do it :)

I'm very pear shaped and have awful thunder thighs. My waist is 1-2 sizes smaller than my thighs. Hate them. I've dropped weight and to me the pear shape is more obvious as my upper body & ab's are so much smaller than my legs. Sorry not much help other than what others have suggested.

Bulls on Parade is one of my fav workout songs, as is anything by RATM. I also like Control by Puddle of Mudd, anything by Queen, Disturbed, Godsmack. For a change I mix it up with SexyBack by JT, Low by FloRida, Decode by Paramore.

Thanks everyone. I'm a bit better than what I was a few weeks ago which is good. I'm comforted to know its not just me. I hurt my quad at the gym 2 weeks ago, my remeidal masseuse told me in a nice way 'you're not as young as you used to be' h,,,,, thanks buddy!

yeah I'm not a fan of the double choc chunk either. I find their choc pieces are compressed cocoa, very crumbling and powdery. I have them as an afternoon snack, before the gym or even as breakfast if I'm on the run. very handy to have one in your bag if you're out for coffee to avoid having a cake/muffin etc.

iherb for sure. cheap postage and arrives within 5 days. I order a few boxes at a time, if you spend over $60 you get a5% discount so you can ususally offset most of the postage. Yeah they're sort of like space food sticks, chewy texture. I love the peanut butter supreme, choc peanut butter and Cookies & Cream the most. I…

Free bars only available in the USA waaaaah. Love Quest Bars but really dislike the choc chip cookie dough and double choc chunk. the choc pieces taste like powdery compressed cocoa, gross.

I get my protein powder from bulk nutrients, its pretty good. I have the coffee flavour at the moment, its a bit average with water but nice with light milk. They have a new pre workout being released soon, keen to try that.

Ab's are made in the kitchen. I pesonally believe genetics play a part too. I'm very pear shaped and have always had a lower belly pooch. I can reduce it with clean eating but its never completely flat.

No offence intended but what are you guys having for dinner that totals 1000+cals? I have a piece of lean protein and salad/veg, that does me fine. I can't get my head around 1000cal in a meal :|

200-300 covers me for dinner, if I have a post dinner snack (greek yoghurt) and/or tea then I might eb up to 350.

My opinion - if you're happy on 1200 a day then stick with it for a while. If you start exercising then eat back your exercise calories. However if you start to feel unhappy/unwell/hungry all the time/not working for you etc then re-evaluate.

Firstly a big congrats for seeing your Dr and opening up on here. Admitting there's an issue is the hardest. I udnerstand the 'obsession' with losing weight, I got that way too. I feel empowered when the numbers went down each week but the ended up binging, restricting etc. I agree with gthe PP's, please seek professional…
