Try some green/peppermint/ginger tea to help with digestion and the bloating. Try to get a bit of exercise in even if its just a walk as I find that helps to get everything moving. I find cheat days good in a wasy as it reminds me how crap I feel after eating junkfood.

Oh if anyone see's Fage yoghurt, PLEASE let me know. Aldi had it for a few weeks, but that was about a year ago. It is so awesome.
-
yeah I buy a few boxes too, and I order with my friends. It works out at about $26-$28 for a box of 12 delivered if you order a few.

Questbars are super expensive at shops here in Aus. I get mine from iherb.com , heaps cheaper and really fast postage. I love Choc PB, PB Supreme, Cookies & Cream. Choc Brownlie is nice but gets a biit overpowering. I really disliked the Choc chunk & cookie dough lol.

I haven't seen these in Australia. Do you just cook them like usual oats?
-
Not impossible, but you would mainly be losing water weight and not fat.

Its been getting progressivly worse over the last 6-9mths. The last few weeks have been pretty bad. I'm surrounded by this grey cloud. My 4 year old daughter is being a little *kitten* at the moment, i'm suspecting that I'm rubbing off on her. I usually need a change every 5yrs or so, whether that be moving house, moving…

I turned 36 in January and I feel so....disconnected from my life. I'm not happy with any part of it, and feel like I want to run away from everything & everyone. I'm not even enjoying exercising anymore which is huge for me. I literally walked out in the middle of my lifting yesterday and I just didn't want to be there.…

Be proud that you're getting onto it now and not in anither 20 pounds :) You know what you need to do.

Thanks everyone,a ppreciate it. I've started using monkey grip (mixed grip) with deadlifts recently, that does seem to help but don't feel like I'm lifting as much as I could. Lunges are becoming difficult, I use 20kg dumbells but I have to use straps. Again I know I could lift more but not sure if my hands will take it.…

I think its fine as long as you mix it up. I split my lifting up so legs one day, arms and chest another, back & abs another. then cardio, bootcamp, gym circuit etc.
-
3pm sugar fix (chocolate, muffins etc) for a Quest bar :D
-
Yeah any type of cardio really machines - rower, stairmaster, cross trainer, bike, treadmill or cardio based gym classes. HIIT training is good, high intensity for short intervals.
-
Bloody hell look at you! Awesome work
-
I do the same as every other day. I eat well and train. Take some nurofen if absolutely necessary. No excuses.

My in laws are plagued with lifestyle diseases and they do nothing but complain about why thsi happened to them. I refuse to let that happen to me and there's no way in hell I'm putting my daughter through what my husband and I have to deal with. Plus I want to look sexy lol.

Sounds like a good plan to me. I get where you're coming from. I'm a full time working (desk job) parent with a very busy lifestyle too. Honestly you just have to fit it in. I meal prep on Sunday nights so I just grab my lunch out of the freezer in teh mornings. I keep oats, yoghurt, nuts, protein powder, protein bars etc…

I've started logging again and have opened my diary. Let me know what you think of today (its not finished yet, just put in what I know I will eat. its only 8.30am Wed 23/4/14 here in Aust)

to strip fat you'll need to do some cardio too.
