Tips on improving my grip?
I'm struggling with my grip when lifting. I have pretty small hands and wrists, plus i've broken my right wrist twice. I use straps but my hands ache and I end up with teh bar/deubells hanging off my wrists with the straps as my hands just can't grip any longer. Any tips?

I think I need to do a cut
I've been eating for England lately. Whilst I've gained some muscle mass I've also gained a good whack of fat. I was a 1200cal 'dieter' in te past when I've wanted to lose weight, but this time I want to maintain my muscle gains but strip fat. Where do I start?

Tired - need advice
I have a busy lifestyle. I work 55-60hrs a week, have a 3 year old and try to exercise regularly. On training mornings I'm up at 4.15/4.30am to do an hour of training before my husband goes to work. I then have to shower, dress for work, get the 3year old ready, do the daycare drop off etc. Arrive to work around 7.45 and…

Too many supplements?
Upon advice from my PT as well as bodybuilding friends, I've added some extra supplements into my diet. Yesterday was my first day taking most of them and I felt very bloated and gross last night. Am I taking too many: Before breakfast - Safslim Safflower Oil (they were giving away bottles at the gym so thought I'd try)…

Cooking for Diabetics
My in laws are staying with us for Christmas and they are both diabetics, one only recently diagnosed. Can anyone give me guidance on what a diabetic's diet should look like so I can cook meals accordingly? Thanks!

Dropping bodyfat and retaining/building muscle
I have about 3-4kg of bodyfat to lose. I've started training again after a hiatus and am starting to gain muscle. I am trying not to focus on calories as much ( I was a bit OCD with 1200cal, but please don't start a debate) but want to shed the fat and retain the muscle I have/gain more. Tips please.

Training sessions
I'm trying to drop a couple of kg's of fat and gain muscle (not heaps, but enough to be noticable). Questions: 1. How many times a week do you train? Do you believe in rest day/s? 'm training 4-5 days a week at present being 2 weights session, a bootcamp and a gym circuit. 2. In my weight sessions I'm doing all body…

No calorie count for Weight Training?

OK I'm ready to ditch 1200cal
I've done 1200cal a day. Yes it worked for me. The 2kg I lost came back on as soon as I upped my calories. So back on 1200 a day I go. I'm tired, hungry, and I've realised that I always get sick when I go back on 1200 cal. OK I'm ready to be educated. I"m sick of being hungry. Sick of being anxious (borderline OCD) about…

Fage Yoghurt
I now understand the hype. Us poor Aussies haven't been privvy to Fage until now. I saw it on the weekend and had to buy some. Could a yoghurt really be as good as these American's say it is... yes, yes it is. Lets hope that we keep it.

Maintenance
I reached my goal weight (130lbs) and am now at the maintenance stage. I was on 1200 cal to get to my goal and I"d exercise 4 times a week (burning off around 2000-2200cal) My issue is that I'm having problems finding a balance. I get really paranoid that I'm going to put on weight. Instead of eating the 1660cal a day MFP…

How many calories are your meals?
I'm on 1200 a day and I think that I snack alot. If you look at my diary (will make it public) there's always heaps listed under snacks. Is that normal?? My friends seems to have alot less under snacks but quite calorie dense meals, dinner in particular. Thoughts?

Fat Consuption
According to my diary I am eating alot less fat then what MFP recommends. Today for example I've got 7grams when it says I should be eating around 40gr. Other days it can be 20gr but never near 40. Its not intentional, I'm not a 'low fat' person per se. I eat alot of fresh vegetables, fruit, lean protein, low fat milk (to…
