  • My understanding of doing TDEE-20% is that you no longer eat back exercise calories, you would eat the 1800 daily and that is it, so you would not have to worry about the extra from exercise. I am sure some one can correct me if I am wrong. Good luck! And you have gotten great advice about food options already.
  • I was freezing all the time at first now I am accustomed to less insulation, and being summer here helps. Looking forward to being freezing all winter again lol, buti can put more clothes on ;)
  • You want to drink water, more water will not make you retain water but will actually help you not retain it. You may have had a higher sodium intake and that would cause you to retain water. Also if you were more active than normal your muscles could retain water to help in repairing them. I can have as much as a 7 lb…
  • If you have one near you I loved Lane Bryant jeans. It is actually something I miss now that I am no longer in plus size jeans  . They are on line also if there is not one near you. :flowerforyou:
  • It took over 50 pounds lost before my ladies shrank, I was not impressed I had gone from a full 42DDD to a 38h and was like :noway: . Then all the sudden they started getting smaller and I am currently a very full 38DD. I am ok with that but was a little scared at the beginning that I wasn't going to lose any cuppage and…
  • That makes it more difficult, if your hubby is aware of your feelings maybe just try to cut back, let him and his buddy have more " guys nights". You can be busy or " not feeling well" sometimes, and then occasionally suck it up for your hubby  . And just know who she is and take her comments for what they are worth…
  • I can think of a quick way for you to drop a 100 plus pounds   Seriously life is too short to hang out with asshats!
  • Make sure your are hydrated before and after your work out. Start slow to warm up, walking is good for this. Cool down after again a short walk is great, dont just stop cold. Stretch afterwards, a lot of people stretch before but then don't stretch after, I just had this talk with my nephew last night, it is so beneficial…
  • I like Kashi Go Lean crunch. They have honey almond, cinnamon, and a berry flavor. The berry one is a little sweeter than the other two. I like all three and they have added protein which I like. They stay pretty crunchy in milk and also work well mixed with yogurt and fruit for a parfait.
  • Nope but I just go to safari on my I Pad and use the desk top site to access the message boards.
  • On the road it is in my bra also, but I don't listen to music when I run on the road. On the treadmill I put it in the cup holder , I do listen to music on the treadmill. ;)
  • You look awesome!
  • I think there are a lot of reasons for it. Some people are stuck on a number, some are in denial, some can't afford new clothes when they have gained, some just like tight fitting clothes, some just have clothes given to them so that's what they wear. In a perfect world it wouldn't matter but we, well at least I , live in…
  • Bump for later reading.
  • I smile and say thank you! I take them as intended and I am flattered.
  • I have few different breakfast options I go with: Dannon light & fit Greek yogurt ( 80 calorie cup) mixed with, go lean crisp cereal and no sugar added peaches, and one or two cups of coffee with stevia and sugar free creamer. 323 calories. 2 egg whites , one whole egg omelet with 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 c…
  • I want it and I want it enough to do the work and let's face it it's a lot easier to log my food and exercise more than it was to carry around the 83 lbs I have lost so far. When I reach my goal I will have lost half my body weight and it will be even easier. Everything is easier now and that keeps me coming back and doing…
  • Sorry double post
  • It is not uncommon especially if you are eating healthier foods. Many see a large loss do to losing water weight. Many people eat too much sodium, myself included, and when you start eating less processed food and more fresh food that helps lower your sodium. Also many people start drinking more water which also helps…
  • That's awesome congratulations!
  • I would love to go to Australia someday it seems like a beautiful country! If I ever get the chance what are your must see destinations?
  • I was going to say exercise also ;)!
  • Thanx ladies, I guess I was surprised because usually when you hear about changes to your cycle in relation to diet and exercise it is losing it not getting it back. I know it isn't the end of the world just an inconvenience especially given the timing. It is still pretty light so far so I guess I will see how long it…
  • Sorry you feel unsupported. Only you can stop the yoyoing , either option will work getting back on track the next day or bringing your own food but you have to decide what will make you happiest. Old habits are hard to break but you can do it! Good luck
  • So I talked to the app support and he said some cell companies use data to boost your gps if the signal isn't strong and that may be what is happening. He suggested I put my phone on airplane mode that way it cannot use data. Worked like a charm. Thank you all for your help, if so many of you hadnt told me it shouldn't be…
  • I will look into that also thank you, I do have a little bit older I pod so I will have to see if it can use the app thank you
  • Thank you I will see if it will work with my I pod. I have a body media that tracks my calories, I am using the app to see my progression in running not so much for calorie burns but thank you for the suggestion it may help some one else :)
  • Ok that makes sense I will look into my set up thank you. Also I will see if the pod will work with the iPod I have that could fix my problem thank you
  • Every time I use it it uses a lot of my data and I only go on a twenty minute run. I start it when I leave my drive way and end the run when I get back. Then I go inside where my phone connects to my wifi.
