Long distance runners
Question, I have been increasing my distance lately and went for a long run today, what do you do about water? I can't see running with a water bottle. But at six miles I needed a drink. I did 6.33 miles but I think I could have done more if I had some water. Thanks for any suggestions.

When to replace running shoes?
So I am a fairly new runner, started in the last year, but run quite a bit now. What do they recommend for replacing your sneakers? Is there a mileage recommendation? Or just a feeling in general? I invested in an expensive pair, well expensive for me about $100 , and I love them, so I am not sure what the recommendations…

So I know some people hate the forums and there are days I just shake my head do to the negativity but it has made me realize a thing or two. My journey from walking to Running
So over the last year I have lost 79 lbs and started exercising more as I lost weight. I started with walking, just around a track at a normal pace as long as I could.
