I like dri-fit more than cotton lighter and I don't feel wet when running. I put chocolate protein powder in my hot caramel coffee every morning and have not had any issues. I use whey protein powders. I have used pure protein brand and super advanced brand.

98 lbs of success here. When I am not losing I know exactly why, because I am not logging accurately, I am eating to much and not exercising enough. I log my food, pay some attention to macros and it works as well as I choose to work the app. Good luck

I do it all the time. Chocolate protein powder in my caramel coffee yummmm. I tend to use either Pure Protein or Super Advanced both are whey based and I haven't had any trouble mixing them into my hot coffee.

Yes I am just under 200 now and can run 14 miles , around 2 hours, without stopping. For me the trick to running longer was to stop worrying about the speed and running slower. I run an 11-11:30 min mile on my long runs depending on heat and hills. When I am running shorter distances I try to push my speed. Good luck
