I eat three smallish meals most days and have snacks all day. I am a snacker, I have always been a snacker I just snack smarter now. There is no one right way, you need to eat however works for you.

My guess would be you put in a weight gain after your initial starting weight. So say you started at 152 lbs then put in 155.8lbs, then you lost 5.8 so your total lost is 2 lbs. 152 + 3.8155.8 Then 155.8 - 5.8150 So from your original weigh in 152 - 1502 lb loss

Have you gotten a professional bra fitting? It can make a huge difference, women often wear bras that are the wrong size, I know when my bras start getting loose I can't run in them anymore. Just an idea to try, I always thought I was wearing the right size but then when I started measuring myself regularly I realized I…

I am 5'5", 198 lbs, and female and I eat 1700 plus exercise and still lose. Most days I am around 1900 calories. More protein helps keep me fuller. I am also a snacker so I tend to eat lower calorie meals with lots of snacks during the day. This helps keep me from getting that starving feeling ever. If you are concerned…

I like it with red peppers , squash, carrots or any combo of the three. I put the veggies and either Pam or extra virgin olive oil( depends on my mood) in a frying pan cook for five or so minutes then add the fish to the pan. Sometimes I just use garlic, oion powder, pepper and basil. Sometimes I use Asian fish sauce or…

I personally switched mine when it pushed my calories lower than I wanted to go. I had 143lbs to lose when I started so set it to 2lbs a week which had me at almost 1800 as I lost it lowered my goal every 10 lbs I lost. I went down to 1500 or so and wasn't happy so switched to 1.5lbs a week which bumped me back up to just…

Yup, sometimes life takes over and I just try to maintain. It is a lifestyle change and life ebbs and flows, you can get back the journey when things flow more smoothly.

You are not alone, I to tend to eat more when I am exhausted. And it is a real problem for me because I have MS and a common symptom is fatigue/exhaustion. I try to keep low calories snacks always on hand that has been key for me.

I am on the side of going for yearly check ups especially if you have insurance that covers it. Here is my story and why I say yes go: I was always healthy till I wasn't. I had always gone to my doctor for a yearly check up, I never went for anything else. Well when I turned 30 my life was turned up side down but…

Thank you everyone! I have been close since late November but with the holidays and Christmas vacation from my job it was eluding me, which was ok this being a life style change for me not a "diet" and I knew exactly why I wasn't hitting it. But I was soooooo happy this morning when I stepped on the scale and saw that…

Choose one and stick to it and you will be fine. Typically most people get weighed with clothes on at the doctors so that could account for the difference. I personally go by my home scale because I have the most access to it. I only weigh myself at the doctors a few times a year where as I can weigh myself at home when…

I am fairly easy going and have only not tipped once in my life, and I complained to management on my way out the door. I love the food but haven't been back since the service was so horribly bad. Was never great at said restaurant but the food was great. When I wait over twenty minutes before even being asked if I want to…

I gained 8 lbs when I was prego my daughter was 7 lbs 7.2 oz. I weighed about 8 lbs less after birth than I did when I got pregnant. I wore my regular jeans until I was 8…

It does not factor the exercise you put in when you set up your profile into your calories. Once you exercise you should log it and then Mfp factors it in and gives you more calories. Whether you eat those calories back or not is a topic of great contention around here. But the way Mfp is set up to work they intend you to…

I love tattoos, I have two: my first I got when I was 20 it is a small flower on the back of my neck. I knew I wanted one when I was 16 but waited four years, still wanted the same tattoo in the same place on my body so I got it. I was the only one of my friends to have one but they didn't care, I was still the same…

Me too!!!! It is quite the joke my daughter and hubby think it is funny, they will offer me sip just to see my reaction. Lol I also won't drink milk out of a plastic cup, a throw away plastic cup is ok but not a reusable plastic cup. No way no how!
