  • Just went in September plenty of healthy options and I wore my body media and the lowest amount of steps I took in a day was over 18000, so just enjoy your vacation!

  • If you use my fitness pal the way it is made, they give you calories to lose without exercise, which is why on this site they add the calories back in if you log your exercise.

  • I mix Greek yogurt, go lean crunch cereal and fruit for a nice parfait in the morning sometimes too ;). Gives you about 23 grams of protein for 300 calories and only 4 grams of fat. I use the dannon light & fit Greek yogurt cup.

  • I get extra protein in my cereal, I buy Go Lean crunch. Cottage cheese can go savory with salsa and tortilla chips or sweet with peaches or some other fruit. Cow milk, nuts, beans all give protein. Eggs too :)
