I ran 10 miles today what was your Sunday activity ?

    i'm still new to this, so all I accomplished was 45 minutes on the elliptical broken up into 1 20 minute session and 1 25 minute session.

    Sundays are my food prep days. I made breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two people for the week.

    I finally tried watching lectures on the iPad while on the treadmill and ended up distracted enough for a 50 minute session. I didn't go fast because I couldn't make the iPad louder than the treadmill. Achieved full pace/incline about 30 minutes in. Best part was I didn't want to stop.

    Someday I will make 10 miles - today it was just 3.

    Time to go make lunches and snacks, thanks for the reminder Joe!

    Yick. Running 10 miles. Good for you though! I did upper body and practiced some TRX Planks and Pikes. No cardio cause it's Sunday and I don't wanna.

    I ran 12 miles on Friday, 16 miles on Saturday and 8 miles yesterday.... I'm chillin' today...
