 I ran a 12 minute mile without stopping today!

Then I did it two more times!

Ran four miles in 54 minutes, the three 12 minute miles then the other mile was my warm up, cool down, and in between the other 3!

It's my first time running a mile without stopping and the shortest time it has taken me to do four miles. I have been doing intervals for a few. Weeks.

I try to do at least three times a week upto five days depending how busy I am. I usually have two rest days. three on, one off, two on, one off. But if my on day is crazy and I don't get to it I will go a different day.

Thank you every one, I was very excited that I did it wasn't sure if I could

I started just walking and continually increased as I went. Till I could run a little and just did a little more when I could till I got to this point.
