Lack of sleep and stress plays havoc with weight loss. Also as others have said weight loss is not linear for me either I can go four weeks losing only a total of one pound and then drop 3-4 in a week add to that water retention and 6 lbs in a weeks not so unreasonable as long as it doesn't happen several weeks in a row.…

I worked out Christmas Eve, but will use Christmas day as a rest day. I try to rest one day a week anyway. Merry Christmas :drinker:

Depends on the type of illness, throwing up or diarhia nope stay home and close to the bathroom. Fever no stay home and don't infect others. A runny nose and cough but otherwise fine yes, I was sick for four weeks and did my routine as per usual just put a stack of tissues and cough drops on the treadmill in front of me…

Logging my food, my health, feeling much better and life in general is easier, my daughter and her seeing me make better choices it has opened up a good healthy dialog between her and I about healthy nutrition and good choice making, she sees me losing and still enjoying my food and having treats so hopefully she will be…

If you are feeling like what your doing isn't working you can certainly up your calories. Doing a few hundred a week or every two weeks can help you adjust to it and if it feels like to much go back down a smidgen so you feel comfortable. I recently upped mine from 1530 to 1730 and have been exercising more and I find I…

It sounds like you are making lots of changes so your body will need time to adjust. The headaches could be a reaction to the decreased sugar and caffeine, you said you cut pop. I get head aches if I don't have caffeine. Don't eat way under your calories, it is important to fuel your body, to little could be just as bad as…

I take 1000 I.u plus 800 in my multivitamin. I had my daughters tested but havent gotten the results back yet hopefully her levels are fine but figured it doesn't hurt to be proactive. I don't have any issues taking it.

Sharing milk, I will not share a glass of milk. If someone else drinks from my milk it is theirs, can't do it. The other day someone took a sip of someone elses milk and it grossed me out. My hubby knows better and my daughter has learned don't even ask just no not ever. Other stuff is fine, soda ,water, coffee but not…

If you make sure it is balanced with needed nutrition it should be fine, might get boring but if you think it will help just make sure you Get enough nutrition. Include fats, carbs, and proteins, a variety of veggies and/ or fruits for vitamins and minerals, calcium and iron. Good luck

Thank you I went back and used the military one and that seems much more accurate, for me my naval is actually the thinnest part of my waist so that measurement was the same. The military one asked for the neck which the other one did not. The military one has me at 56.8% and for 15% bf my weight would need to be 128, 12%…

I did my measurements twice and yes I put in female, I measured both wrists and forearms and used the bigger measurements of the two. My waist at the naval is 54in, my wrists at their widest point are 6.5 in, my forearm at their widest spots are 12 in., and my hips at their widest are 51 in. Just checked them for a third…

I like mine with a little mayo and a lot of pepper relish. I like solid albacore in water has a better denser texture in my mouth not so mushy. Used to love it mixed in Kraft Mac & cheese, but too many calories in Mac & cheese these days  I also like it with garlic powder, celery salt, onion salt, pepper, basil,…

I found not making myself have a set time but just doing it, was easier for me sometimes I do it at 6 sometimes at 8, sometimes in the…

I know how you feel, when I started I was at 293 lbs, a healthy BMI for my height is between 112 and 150 lbs :noway: I set my first goal to 200 lbs, that was still 93 lbs to lose but I though if I really try I should be able to get there and even though that was still obese it was a lot better than we're I was. Well I lost…
