I've been a member since 2012 but these past couple of months are when I really started using the app too.

I've lost 9.4lbs in 2months since I started my "mission" to lose the extra pounds. I have my goal set up at 1.5lbs a week but that was not always the outcome.. frustrating but I do not plan on giving up.

Yoga.. Those shatarangas will fix your "batwings":-) Tricep pushups are very effective. You can either use small weights for tricep exercises or just do dips using a bench or even your couch while you're watching tv.

Daily weigh-ins are tricky.. They can be very discouraging when you get stuck on the numbers.. Weight can be from water retention, hormone-related, the amount of sodium in your food, food allergies..etc. I think a once a week weigh-in regimen might put your mind at ease:smile:
