question about entering Strength workouts
I've been having a tough time trying to figure out how to enter an hour of Barbell strength or yoga. Any idea how to do this, if I don't have my calorie counting heartlink monitor on to tell me? Sal-ATL

New on the board.. Question regarding progress
Am I the only one who is finding the weight coming off at a super slothy speed? Is it the dreaded age thing? I'm within my calorie requirement, I exercise daily for at least an hour and a half.. Does it slow down after the first month?

Lipo-B12 shots
Has/is anyone done/doing them? I just had my first one yesterday. I don't know if I'm B12 deficient but my guess is yes since I'm pescetarian (vegetarian + seafood).
