question about entering Strength workouts

I've been having a tough time trying to figure out how to enter an hour of Barbell strength or yoga. Any idea how to do this, if I don't have my calorie counting heartlink monitor on to tell me?

    You'll have to log it as a cardio workout. MFP has a strength training option under cardio. I always log under that. I only get 192 calories for the whole hour!
