Absolutely. Since I lost weight, I can easily fit into a mens small t-shirt. When I pulled out some old t-shirts from the 80's and 90's, all mediums, they were too small.

I use Jefit too. It works really well. The best thing is it syncs up with a web page so you can view your data from anywhere, and more importantly, you don't lose all your data when you get a new phone. I used Strong Long previously, and it worked fine. Just logged sets, no timer or anything. But now that I have a new…

I had never heard of these products before. Went to there website and checked out the ingredients. They actually look pretty good for "diet" food. Not many chemicals at all. Check them here: http://www.waldenfarms.com/nutrition_facts.html# Went to check out Mrs. Buttersworth Sugar Free for comparison, and found they didn't…

Why'd you have to bring salt into this?!?!?! Isn't sugar bad enough?

Not sure I understand what you're trying to do. If they're not showing up, why do you need to make them show up just to delete them? They're already not there.

I think you must be right, but don;t know for sure. I am in to see others answers. And, btw, what is that "icky black stuff"? I always thought it was water plus some "bean juice", in which case, if you're not eating it, it's like not eating some of the beans listed in the nutrition info, right? I haven;t really figured out…

Agreed. Wait! Foghat isn't cool?

OP, From above, and other comments you've made, I am getting that you believe bf's and gf's should support each other. I completely agree. But, what I see on here, is you looking for ways to get HIM to support YOU. From everything I've read, you haven't even contemplated how YOU can support HIM. It's gotta be a two way…

Then why are you answering it?

OP, I think you can tell from the replies, the MFP database is wildly erratic. It overstates some activities, understates others and probably gets some about right on. The good thing is, once you get comfortable with estimating your calories burned and input it, it seems to stay that way for you every time you input that…

This is interesting. I noticed this also, When I first put in the exercise type and time, it came back with a number of calories burned. I am assuming it used some algorithm based on my stats. Not sure exactly what stats, age, weight, others? When I overrode it, that became my new number, every time I enter the same…

You know that means something different when you begin with the "A" instead of the "H", right?

It sounds like you know what the problem is, you now how to fix it, now you just have to DO IT. I wish you good luck.

I track my weight daily, and can recognize a trend within about 4-8 weeks. Depends on how consistent I am with my calorie intake. The more consistent, the sooner I know.

I was shocked at flour tortillas, and please don't call me Shirley (no matter how you spell it).

Sounds like Scott nailed it. Now stop reading this thread before someone comes on and starts arguing. lol. Good luck!

In terms of strictly losing weight, all that matters is calories in v. calories out. Exercise is irrelevant except insofar as it helps with the "calories out" part. As you stated, it does have other benefits, and should be encouraged.

Keep up the good work. For the sake of the World!!!!

Exactly. I like seeing that daily number so the normal upticks don't bother me. I would worry that a weekly weigh in would be on my heaviest day of the week, and would be demotivating.
