I agree, nutrition first, then incorporate cardio and strength training workouts. :)

Feel free to add me! I try to generally follow a low carb diet but have a couple of carb days here and there. :)

I'm the same way... I don't like to order salads when I go out because I feel deprived, especially when my hubby is eating a juicy burger next to me. I just go with smarter choices (e.g. having the burger over a bed of greens instead of the bun) or I make one of my daughters share my entree! :P I RARELY order anything…

I finished it last month (absolutely loved it!!!) but feel free to add me if you'd like! :)

The results will come, whether it's working out at the gym or at home. I do both--weekdays are DVDs to save time and go to the gym on Saturdays. Currently doing P90x3, did Insanity, T25, TurboFire, and Les Mills Combat. I think it's the intensity you put in in your workout! What do you like to do?

It is a great, comprehensive workout! Love that it focuses on core and adds weights in Month 2! Good luck with it! You'll love it!

I used my HRM and logged them as my own customized exercises. That's probably the only accurate way to track it! :) I completed Alpha, Beta, and Gamma! Add me if you'd like!

Week 1 is the worst but once you can get over the hurdle, it gets better mentally! I was 40 lbs overweight when I did it last year and have since completed it twice. I've lost over 30 lbs since I first started! It WILL work. You just have to put in the work! :) Feel free to add me if you like! I've also completed T25 and…

I sent you a Friend Request. :)

I agree! Re-gift it or donate it to local food pantry! :)

You're such an inspiration! To be that committed with everything else going on in your life! Kudos!!!

Lost about 12 lbs in the two months. Did a 3-day cleanse during recovery week and another 3-day cleanse right after the program. Weight wise, it wasn't a lot but the results were noticeable. You gain muscles from Insanity so you're losing inches even if the scale doesn't reflect it. PM me if you have other questions. :)

Hi everyone, I finished Alpha and Beta last week and jumped into Gamma this week! The workouts are so challenging and I'm loving it!

It's morning for me! I wake up at 4:30 a.m. to work out on weekdays. After work, I just want to enjoy family time, TV time, and relax. :) Find what works for you without setting yourself up to fail. There's no bad time to exercise. Consistency is key!

I think you definitely have the right attitude and to me, that's half the battle! Use this site for accountability. Find friends here that are positive and encouraging but at the same time, hold you accountable. :) Take one day at a time and make better choices in food selection, consistent workouts, and portion control!…

I'm doing Focus T25, which is only 25 minutes. I like the poster re: good meal prep too!

No significant weight loss in the first month (maybe 2 lbs) although I was getting stronger and gaining muscle. I did a 3-day cleanse between Month 1 and Month 2 (recovery week) and dropped 5 lbs!

I'm finishing T25 tomorrow! It's a terrific program. It goes by so fast! It really works for me because I have a long commute to work. Doing T25 means waking up at 4:30 a.m. When I was doing Insanity, I had to wake up at 3:55 a.m. to do the 2nd month's workout. Talk about insane. :)

I've done both (Insanity twice and will finish T25 tomorrow). I was extremely out of shape when I did Insanity. It was extremely hard and I took a lot of rests. I stuck through it and finished it! If you already have Insanity, you should try it out and see how you feel. It's okay to take rests! You will get better each…

Tomorrow is my last day of Beta!!!! It's been fun. I did Insanity twice last year and T25 is a lot more manageable time wise since it's only 25 minutes (especially since I wake up at 4:30 a.m. to work)! Results wise, I haven't been great on the food part (birthday and vacation trip thrown in there = disastrous eating days)…
