I like to cut up a banana then freeze it and make banana "ice cream' by putting the frozen banana into a small food processor with some pb2 and a splash of milk so yum!

I have only lost 22 pounds but... I am already able to fit into a pair of jeans I haven't worn in over a year! I can walk two miles in one day! I can walk past free pizza and not take a slice or three! I can set a good example for my family and friends!

I haven't had any burgers in 6 weeks (well besides veg ones). I am going to Chicago in a month and I usually get Five Guys when I am there. They are also opening 2 stores where I live soon. Why oh why must temptation be everywhere! LOL

I usually scan all the foods I eat so it is not much of a problem. I also do the measurements by weight.

I also love sushi! Thankfully the Hy-Vee here makes sushi out of brown rice as well as the white! I usually get it once a week as a treat : )

I sometimes make making my own with the ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt. I thin it out a bit with almond milk and keep it in a squeeze bottle.

I have a 23.7oz Smart Water I keep with me at all times. I try to drink half on the way to work and at least the other half before my first break. I drink one of these practically every two hours. I drink constantly when working out like 3 whole water bottles full lol.

I eat lunch and two snacks at work. I make a sandwich wrap with spinach, turkey and cheese for lunch with cottage cheese, tomato and jello. My snacks are celery and carrots in the AM and a Fiber One bar in the PM. All of that could be kept in a lunchbox! I have an open diary if you want to know more.

I know there are some Benihana items listed in the database. I would just use that as a guide.

It is sometimes good sometimes bad. I usually just take the Aldi ad to Wal-Mart and have them price match it because our WM has better seleciton than the Aldi's.

Do not use a straw! You can get dry socket which HURTS!
