It takes a LONG time just to gain 5 pounds of muscle. You certainly didn’t loose that muscle in just 10 weeks. I would guess some is water weight and the rest is fat.

I started doing 5k's at 388 and I am now 271 and I have completed 13 5k races. I don't run the whole time and I haven't ever finished last. I say go for it!

My best advise? Buy frozen vegetables or fresh vegetables on sale. I view all the ads online to get the best produce prices and then take that info to walmart for price matching so I only visit one store. I just switched from 3 meals 2 snacks to 5 meals. I just took part of each meal and moved it into my snacks. I have an open diary if you want to see what I do. I love going to the gym. 100 pounds ago I didn't like that at all. I tried really hard to find clothes I would feel comfortable in and that really helped. I just had to get over that mindset. I was usually the biggest person there when I was working out but who cares!

I love my Aldi! Maybe the stores vary by region but in Missouri they always have fresh produce and it lasts longer than other grocery stores for me. In the last few weeks I was able to get strawberries 99c lb, blueberries for $2, Pineapple for $1.50, and today I got 3 bell peppers for only $1.

My best advice is to plan your eating. If you are just eating whenever the mood strikeIf you wait until you are hungry to eat you will overeat. I plan out all my foods a day in advance so I know what I can eat that day and then change things around if I need to. Plan on a meal schedule for swim days and non swim days. I…

I wish they would! I have a lot of IRL friends on MFP and they just use the MFP settings not TDEE so they always ask why I don't log my exercise calories. You would think there would be a way to just have it so you can log exercise calories but not have them go toward your daily net.

If you can get the MFP app on your phone just check it before you go into eat and find something in the database that works within your calories :) It has happened to me before though!

Best breakfast ever! 3/4 c egg whites 1/4 c fat free mozzarella cheese 17 turkey pepperoni = 210 calories! I put the pepperoni on a sheet pan under the broiler til browning then blot with paper towels and dice up to add to the omelet. They also make for a great snack.

Hello all same story here PCOS and insulin resistance. I haven't taken metformin in years since I ate bad foods they would always just go right through me on the meds. eating right and working out for almost 7 months now, hoping to hit 70pds in 7 months.
